Wishlist

So I can keep track in a place that’ll be slightly less cluttered and confusing than my Amazon!JP wishlist. I can sort them here by author, etc.

    OMG! Looks a lot like my lists…only more organized…Mine are spread across my comupter files and on random pieces of paper filed away in various parts of my room…I wish I had money to buy manga… *sniffles* me needs a job… lol

    • ふう子 says :

      Haha if I don’t stay organized I’ll always lose track of what books I want to buy. orz;;

      But I know what you mean—before I started this blog I had lists and lists and lists all over the place about BL mangaka to look up, manga scanlations to read online and a million books and magazines I wanted to buy. Luckily Lisography saved my life, but this blog has also been a good way of keeping all of my BL need organizes. :3

    wow!!!

    I’m interested in acquiring two mangas I’ve seen in your list, but I’m not sure if they are really worth. So I’d like your honest opinion about them.

    → Aoyama Toomi
    □ Stalemate

    → Imai Yuumi
    □ Choral March

    Thank you! =D

    Wow, I didn’t see this one. I bought an account in librarything so that I can keep track of my library and my wishlist. It’s a lifetime account for $20 (if I remember correctly), maybe you can try that? Or if you’re Jap savy, you can always use booklog, they don’t have limit to the amount of titles you can keep in your database which is really good. :D

    • ふう子 says :

      haha sadly I get the feeling that I would be way behind on my library no matter where I set it up. I also use Chill Chill’s service but even on there I get so overwhelmed that I tend to give up before I input all of my books. But thanks for the recommendations—maybe those sites will be easier to use and I won’t get so terrified by the idea of updating my library properly as it grows!

  4. Aria says :

    I noticed you are a Minnesotan fujyoshi too! Cool! I wanna be friends!

  5. surfeited says :

    Ahhh, this list is really quite fantastic. My own so-called “inner-fujoshi” always stumbles upon “new” (some I just randomly encounter for the first time and others which are actually new to the field) mangaka and artists and yet I always seem to forget more than a few names. Your list has certainly helped me remember a few names that I’ve yet to begin collecting from. For example, I completely forgot about Kobato Mebaru’s works. Moreover, your updates on some of the serials you collect also are helpful to remind me where/which volumes to find some lovely one-shots from. Then, I’m also happy to meet another Junko, Kojima Lalako, and Kusama Sakae fan. Furthermore, I completely approve of this so-far composed wish-list of yours–I actually think I may mimic you and purchase more than some of the above listed items. Anyway, although I’ve yet to read more about your thoughts on this blog of yours, I’m sure I’m going to have a blast. Cheers, fellow Fujoshi. ヽ( ˃ ヮ˂)ノ
